KANSEI ("we", "our", "the Service") is an interactive aesthetic assessment software tool available at kansei.life. It generates personalized digital reports based on your aesthetic preferences expressed through a series of visual choices.
KANSEI is a software tool that produces digital content. It is not a psychological test, personality assessment, medical tool, or counseling service.
The free tier lets you complete the assessment and view your aesthetic profile on screen. The paid tier (Pro Export) lets you download personalized digital files (configuration files, design tokens, and extended profile documents).
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Paid features are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms.
Pro Export is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no recurring charges.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of whether you have downloaded your files. After 14 days, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery at any time, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
KANSEI's visual design, assessment methodology, archetype system, and content are our intellectual property. Your generated profile and exported files are yours to use freely for personal and professional purposes.
The Service is provided "as is." Your aesthetic profile is generated algorithmically from your expressed preferences — it is not a scientific measurement, clinical diagnosis, or professional advice of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
