You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, regardless of whether you have already downloaded your Pro Export files. No questions asked.
Contact us at hello@kansei.life with your order confirmation or the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Alternatively, you may request a refund directly through Paddle (our payment processor) using the receipt email you received at purchase.
Refund requests received after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue preventing file delivery at any time, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
